Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician for 1st shift at the Delavan, WI facility. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics, robotics, PLC troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, wiring and electronics work, and training junior technicians. Overtime may be required to support production and equipment outages.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
Technical degree/certification in Automation, Controls, or Electronics preferred.
Injection Molding experience preferred.
Must read and communicate in English.
Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components.
Troubleshoot PLC malfunctions and optimize overall system performance.
Disassemble and repair robots or peripheral equipment (sensors, controllers, servomotors).
Support manufacturing lines with technical expertise to meet objectives.
Maintain spare parts inventory and tools; assist with training.
