Job summary

Pentair in Moorpark, CA is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Specialist for 1st shift. You will install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment with a focus on minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, read schematics and AutoCAD prints, and lead training for junior technicians to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Experience with Milacron injection molding machines up to 1,500 tons.
Strong electrical background including AC/DC systems and high-voltage panels.
Proficient with PLCs, automation controls, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Milacron injection molding machines and related equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Repair AC/DC electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and controls.
Complete machining, fabrication, and welding to support repairs.
Read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and AutoCAD drawings.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor maintenance staff and machine operators.
