Job summary
Marvin is seeking a hands-on technical specialist to help bring automation and robotics solutions to life across our manufacturing operations. You will implement, integrate, and stabilize automation technologies in real-world production environments to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and repeatability.
You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and external vendors; program, commission, debug, test, and refine systems; troubleshoot robotics,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with automation, robotics, controls, or manufacturing systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support deployment of automation and robotic systems from planning through startup and stabilization.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, controls, and vendors to ensure equipment is functional and aligned to production needs.
- Program, commission, debug, test, and refine automation systems for performance and reliability.
- Define and validate system requirements and process flows for new automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot robotics, sensors, controls, interfaces, and machine performance in production.
- Document integration methods and standards to support repeatability across lines and facilities.
- Support scaling of automation solutions across production lines and facilities.
