Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Robotics Engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of engineering, robotics, automation, or mechanical systems.
• Interested in Lean Manufacturing and OEE concepts.
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read basic drawings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment evaluation, testing, and installation for the AWL project.
• Observe and assist with troubleshooting robotic and automated equipment.
• Help develop preventive-maintenance docs and standard operating procedures.
• Collect and organize equipment performance data for improvements.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Read technical drawings and operation procedures to support projects.
• Document findings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure safety and report deficiencies promptly.
