Job summary

Whisker is seeking a Robot Assembly Lead to coordinate daily production lines, manage team allocation, material flow, and ensure orders meet quality and schedule.

This 1st-shift role reports to the Production Supervisor; overtime and weekend work may be required. You will supervise assembly, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or a two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Excellent attendance record required in a small department.
• Must have 6+ months of continuous employment with Whisker.
• Able to follow directions, use hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity are helpful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production lines to meet manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Manage assembly team member allocation, material flow, and line-side handling.
• Perform final verifications of orders and QC analysis.
• Train employees on proper practices and processes.
• Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities.
• Communicate across departments to optimize plant results.
