Job summary

Whisker in Juneau, Wisconsin, is seeking a Robot Assembly Lead to coordinate daily production lines, manage operator rotation, materials and line-side handling, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This role is onsite five days a week and requires strong hands-on leadership and a focus on quality and safety.

You will mentor team members, uphold high attendance, and help drive Whisker’s continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across departments to ensure on-time, high-quality

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or a two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent attendance record is required due to small, impactful department.
• Must have 6+ months of continuous employment with Whisker.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly line activities to meet daily production and quality targets.
• Manage assembly team allocations and operator rotations.
• Oversee line-side material handling and roving, ensuring clean, organized work areas.
