Whisker is seeking a Robotic Assembly Technician in Wisconsin to diagnose faults, repair rejected bases, and ensure units meet quality standards before re-entering production. You will work across multiple lines, handle wiring repairs on PCBs, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to drive corrective actions.
This role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
The
The Robotic Assembly Technician plays a key role in maintaining production quality by troubleshooting and repairing rejected bases from the line. Duties include diagnosing faults in components (e.g., liners, DFIs, and cards), performing component-level repairs or replacements, and ensuring all units meet quality standards before re-entering production. After completing daily repair targets, the technician supports related operations such as the production lines.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The Team Member frequently uses their hands to handle or feel objects and occasionally stands, walks, and reaches with hands and arms. The Team Member must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
