Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned robotics leader to drive architecture, implementation, and integration of scalable robotic solutions for global industrial clients.

You will work on autonomous systems, AI-powered platforms, and VLA/IoT integrations, collaborating with engineering, AI, and strategy experts. Travel up to full availability may be required, and you will mentor teams while delivering impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience.
• Hands-on with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion and simulators.
• Experience with Physical AI, foundation models and sim-to-real pipelines.
• Proficient in Python and C++, Git, CI/CD, architecture development.
• Bachelors or equivalent with 12 years work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics projects from architecture to integration.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures and real-time systems.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC to production.
• Set up robust demos, tests, and benchmarking with clients and partners.
• Collaborate on tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement.
