Accenture’s Next Gen Robotics Team is seeking a technical leader to drive innovative robotics projects across global industrial clients. You will architect and implement scalable Physical AI systems, leveraging ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments for real-time operations.

You will oversee interdisciplinary teams, guide PoC to production deployments, and contribute to strategic robotics roadmaps with partners.

Formación

• 3+ years of robotics, consulting, or software projects with strong technical focus.
• 3+ years of experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• 3+ years of experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer.
• 3+ years of experience with synthetic data generation and world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis, MuJoCo MJX).
• 3+ years of experience in Python and C++ software development—Git, CI/CD, clean code.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy and real-time considerations.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Execute technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and partner development.
