Job summary

Accenture is seeking a robotics leader to drive scalable solutions—from autonomous mobile robots to AI-powered platforms—across global clients. You will oversee architecture, integration, and delivery, shaping technology roadmaps and partner strategies while mentoring 3–10 person teams in PoC, pilot, and production stages.

The role emphasizes hands-on robotics work with ROS2, simulation tools, and real-time systems, plus collaboration with clients to turn strategy into production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software project experience with a strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer pipelines.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects from architecture design to integration.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focused on autonomy and real-time systems.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Conduct benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients and Accenture units from roadmaps to implementation.
