Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct enterprise B2B sales in automation, hardware, or complex tech integration.
• Consistent track record of quota overachievement in long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to articulate AI/robotics value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Generate active sales pipeline within target verticals (manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, commercial facilities).
• Run consultative sales cycles from outreach to contract sign-off, partnering with Solutions Architect for technical validation.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client fleets and secure long-term service/software contracts.
• Represent the company at industry tradeshows and client site visits across North America.
