Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Robotic Welding Operator for 2nd shift in Terre Town, IN to run Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, and Kuka welding systems. You will set up welding machines, read blueprints, and ensure quality while meeting production targets.

You should have 3+ years of robotic weld/fabrication experience; a Welding Technology Certificate is preferred. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Robotic weld/fabrication experience
• Welding Technology Certificate preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skillset
• Robot experience with Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, or Kuka

Responsibilities

• Set welding machine parameters (gas, volts, amps, wire speed) for multiple positions
• Configure Automated Tooling per work order and schedule
• Load materials using overhead crane or carts and carry as needed
• Perform daily startup and ensure product meets specifications
• Inspect welds and maintain quality per SOPs
• Read blueprints and weld symbols and use measuring devices accurately
• Operate robotic welding systems (Fanuc/Yaskawa/ABB/Kuka) and ensure safety standards
