DH Machine, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Robot Welder Operator to run, program, and service welding robotic systems to meet production goals. You will ensure parts are welded to spec and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting settings, reading blueprints, performing basic programming, and inspecting finished parts with calipers and gauges. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Forklift certification is a plus.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience operating welding machines or CNC/robotic equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings and tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of robotic controls and programming.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor welding machines.
• Load and unload materials using hoists, conveyors, or manual handling as needed.
• Adjust machine settings and perform basic programming to accommodate production changes.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, or work orders.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies
