Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a Welding Robot Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves operating and monitoring automated robotic welding equipment on the 2nd shift, with a base pay of $20–$27/hr plus a $3/hr shift premium.

You will load parts, verify alignment, and perform basic programming as needed. You will inspect welds, read blueprints, follow safety procedures, and keep the work area organized.

Qualifications

• Experience with robotic welding equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Basic understanding of welding processes.
• Familiarity with teach pendants or robotic programming is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move through shift.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor automated robotic welding equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous robotic welding, welding automation, or manufacturing robot experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of welding processes and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience with OTC Daihen, FANUC, ABB, or Yaskawa systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with teach pendants or basic robotic programming is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM-2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday + OT on Fridays as needed
