Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Robotic Automation & Weld Programmer for a Duluth, MN area role with a global manufacturer. You will perform offline CAD-to-path simulations using Robotmaster or MotoSim and program Yaskawa/Motoman YRC1000 robots for heavy MIG welding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robotic welding depth with wrist/wafer programming and cell setup.
• Proficient in offline CAD-to-path simulation using Robotmaster or MotoSim.
• Strong blueprint literacy including weld symbols and AWS codes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Offline CAD-to-Path Simulation for complex weldments.
• Optimize welding parameters for full-penetration welds.
• Troubleshoot cell automation faults and robot motion issues.
• Verify weld quality and AWS compliance per blueprints.
• Train and mentor cell operators on fixtures and setup procedures.
• Maintain robotic welding equipment and consumables.
