Zaddy Solutions in Duluth, MN is seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Professional to program and optimize Yaskawa/Motoman cells. You will perform offline CAD-to-path simulation, multi-axis robot programming, and heavy MIG welding for high-stress fabrication.

Competenze

• 3+ years of robotic weld cell setup, operation, and programming.
• Offline CAD-to-path programming with Robotmaster or MotoSim.
• Heavy-gauge MIG welding and blueprint literacy required.
• Fixture and tooling evaluation and efficient weld sequencing.
• Stable work history and reliable daily attendance.

Mansioni

• Execute Offline CAD-to-Path Simulation for complex weldments.
• Optimize welding parameters for productivity and quality.
• Troubleshoot robot motion faults and sensor issues on the cell.
• Verify weld quality and AWS/compliance with blueprints and tolerances.
• Mentor cell operators on fixture loading and setup procedures.
• Maintain robotic welding equipment and consumables.
