Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Robotic Welder to operate and troubleshoot automated welding cells in a precision manufacturing environment. You will set up and monitor welding cells, use Fanuc teach pendants, program edits, optimize weld paths, and ensure quality per drawings and fixtures.

The role requires 3+ years in robotic welding, familiarity with Fronius or Miller systems, and ability to read welding symbols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotic welding or automated manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with Fanuc robotic systems and teach pendant operations.
• Experience with MIG/GMAW welding processes and reading welding symbols.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and weld symbols.
• Experience working with aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and support robotic welding cells.
• Use Fanuc teach pendants to operate systems and perform basic programming edits.
• Optimize weld paths, welding parameters, cycle times, and process repeatability.
• Operate and support Fronius and Miller welding equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, fixtures, and weld documentation.
