Qualifications

• Three or more years of robotic welding, automated manufacturing, or related production experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc robots, including teach-pendant operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MIG/GMAW welding, fixturing, weld sequencing, and distortion control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Experience with aluminum, carbon steel, or stainless steel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding cells.
• Use Fanuc teach pendants to adjust programs and weld paths.
• Monitor welding parameters, cycle times, and repeatability.
• Operate and support Fronius and Miller welding systems.
• Read technical drawings, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
• Verify weld setup, component fit-up, and fixture alignment.
• Perform in-process inspections and identify weld-quality concerns.
• Troubleshoot robot faults, wire-feed problems, torch alignment, and welding parameters.
• Support new-product launches, fixture validation, and process development.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, documentation, and PPE requirements.

An established advanced manufacturer is seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to operate, set up, troubleshoot, and support automated welding cells used to produce highly regulated precision components.

This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience operating Fanuc robotic systems, adjusting welding programs, troubleshooting robotic equipment, and maintaining consistent weld quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding cells.
• Use Fanuc teach pendants to make basic program and weld-path adjustments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Fronius or Miller equipment, GD&T, aerospace manufacturing, AWS certifications, or Fanuc certifications is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and reach regularly, and wear required welding and manufacturing PPE.
