Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator II to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot robotic welding cells in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure parts are loaded, cycled, and unloaded correctly while maintaining weld quality and adherence to blueprints.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience performing basic inspections and measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and symbols.
• Comfort working with welding equipment and robotics.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee robotic welding cells, ensuring parts are loaded, cycled, and unloaded properly
• Perform inspections of welds using visual methods and measurement tools to verify quality against specifications
• Adjust welding parameters and perform basic programming adjustments as needed to maintain weld quality
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, changing consumables, and verifying fixture alignment
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Document production and inspection data accurately
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Provide guidance and training to Robotic Weld Operator I personnel as needed
