Job summary

Mobile Track Solutions, L.L.C. seeks a Robotic Weld Operator to join the 2nd shift team. The role focuses on operating robotic welding systems, with emphasis on quality and compatibility with manual and automated welding processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, can troubleshoot equipment and support production flow, and maintain precise weld parameters for consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years welding experience – robotic welding applications highly preferred.
• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferable (preference: advanced manufacturing, engineering technology)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the robotic welding system(s) to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Performance of daily maintenance checks for robotic weld equipment.
• Perform manual welds to prepare and stage components for robotic processing
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
• Perform secondary/manual welds and touch-ups on parts as needed after robotic processing
• Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Identify and report equipment issues or quality concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by team leader
