Star Automation, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Robotic Assembler to join our team. You will assemble precision robots and secondary equipment, conduct final testing, and run off systems upon completion using hand and power tools.

The role requires reading blueprints and specifications, operating heavy equipment, and preparing units for shipping. Strong mechanical and electrical skills, plus good communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires education generally equivalent to a High School Degree. Certification in a related field is preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience.
• Must be familiar with portable power tools and machine tools (drill press, band saw, cut-off saw, grinder).

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows blueprints, specifications, and instructions to assemble parts accurately and timely.
• Operates overhead crane and fork trucks to move and assemble product.
• Prepare equipment for shipping and testing of robotic systems to ensure functionality.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
