The ideal candidate works as a one-person crew while coordinating with project managers and field teams, interprets plans, and performs survey calculations with accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication is essential, with familiarity in AutoCAD considered an advantage; a minimum of 3 years in a survey

Qualifications

• Performs boundary, topographic and construction stakeout surveys.
• Uses robotic total stations and GPS/GNSS to collect survey data.
• Works independently as a one-person crew while coordinating with project managers and field teams.
• Interprets construction plans, cut sheets and performs survey calculations.
• Conducts field data collection for topographic and boundary surveys.
• Familiarity with boundary and title surveys and survey data collection.
