Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons and staff across assigned accounts. You will support live procedures, assist with installations, and ensure optimal OR workflow and safety.

The role requires 2–4 years clinical experience, passion for surgical robotics, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. A Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce proficiency are desired assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to cover a case independently within 60 days post Aqua Academy.
• Interest in medical devices and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Support live procedures to optimize OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Provide in-service and field support, including installations and software updates.
• Execute scheduling and efficiency improvements to maximize case coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.
• Collaborate with team members to drive program efficiency and compliance.
• Support marketing and training events, including setup and presentations.
• Gather customer insights to inform product and program enhancements.
• Maintain case logs, expenses, and documentation in Salesforce.
• Upload case logs to central repository for all cases supported.
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding and competency milestones.
• Ability to travel 75% or greater as necessary.
