Job summary

replite seeks a Clinical Account Manager to drive adoption of a robotic surgical platform across hospitals in the Florida Panhandle. You will combine OR expertise with clinical education to support procedures and grow strategic accounts, collaborating with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on OR presence, training delivery, and hospital-wide utilization growth within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical device sales or clinical support in OR
• Strong OR experience and navigation of hospital settings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across the Florida Panhandle

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on OR support before, during, and after procedures.
• Partner with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless OR experience.
• Deliver training and education for surgeons, scrub techs, nurses, and OR staff on platform use and workflow.
• Support new account launches, surgeon onboarding, and ongoing clinical adoption initiatives.
• Act as a trusted clinical resource for minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
