Job summary

PepsiCo in the Chicago-area production and distribution complex is seeking a Robotic Palletizer Maintenance Lead to head a team of palletizer mechanics, coordinate PM schedules with production planning, and drive reliability improvements to reduce palletizer-related production stops.

You will oversee spare parts management for robotic and conventional palletizers and lead root cause analyses to minimize downtime. Beverage manufacturing background preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of palletizer maintenance with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Experience with robotic and conventional palletizer systems.
• Team coordination and PM scheduling skills.
• Spare parts management and procurement.
• Root cause analysis for palletizer failures.
• Beverage or food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
