Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Conventional Palletizer Mechanic to maintain palletizers and related equipment at our distribution center near Dallas. The role focuses on minimizing line stoppages and keeping formers, slip sheets, and dispensers operating smoothly.

Candidates should have 2+ years of palletizer maintenance experience and be proficient with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, reading manuals, and ordering parts. Food/beverage industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of palletizer maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of chain conveyors, pusher bars, and pallet stacking mechanisms.
• Pneumatic and hydraulic system repair skills.
• Ability to read mechanical parts manuals and order replacement components.
• Food manufacturing or beverage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-level and floor-level palletizers, service layer forming tables, slip sheet dispensers, and pallet dispensers.
• Minimize line stoppages during production runs.
