Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Robotics Clinical Specialist to support CORI robotic knee and hip solutions in the Chicago and Milwaukee territory. You will serve as the operating room expert, provide hands-on case coverage, and partner with surgeons and sales leaders to drive adoption and revenue growth.

The role requires 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles, experience in orthopaedics/robotics, and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales or OR-based commercial roles.
• Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment preferred.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with ability to influence in high-pressure operating room environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with surgeons and stakeholders.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions, providing hands-on case coverage for new and existing customers.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams.
• Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within your territory.
• Training surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments.
• Identifying commercial opportunities, generating leads, and contributing directly to territory revenue performance.
• Represent Smith+ Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events.
