Confident Search Consultants in Hobart, IN seeks a Colorectal Surgeon. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:6 on-call rotation, in a premier, tech-forward facility focused on physician well-being and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and surgically treating colorectal disorders, performing laparoscopic and robotic DaVinci procedures, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative care using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Board certification or board eligibility with a plan to certify within a defined timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic duties with a 1:6 call rotation
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci)
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic screenings (colonoscopy and endoscopy)
• Manage complex anorectal conditions
