Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Manage clinic patients and 1:6 call rotation
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide post-operative follow-up and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci)
• Perform colonoscopies and endoscopies
• Manage complex anorectal conditions
