Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal collaboration with other specialists
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
- Clinic patients per day: 20
- Call Rotation: 1:6
- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
- Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform)
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies
- Manage complex anorectal conditions
