CareerNerds, LLC in Hobart, IN seeks a Colorectal Surgeon (Board Certified/Eligible) for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:6 call rotation. You will operate in a tech-forward environment, utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Indiana Medical License (CSR/DEA) or eligibility.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20.
• Maintain 1:6 call rotation.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking.
• Utilize laparoscopic and robotic-assisted techniques (e.g., DaVinci).
• Conduct colonoscopies and endoscopies for screenings and diagnostics.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.
