Intuitive is seeking a Cardiovascular Program Specialist to provide expert clinical support, education, and training on da Vinci cardiac surgery, devices, and therapies. The role partners with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to drive safe adoption and positive patient outcomes, within a team focused on developing cardiac surgeons nationwide.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site case support in the OR for robotic cardiac surgeries.
• Serve as clinical expert for setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.
• Expand the user base by training new surgeons with the CVSM.
• Promote da Vinci platforms and accessories to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surgeon and care team trainings onsite and mentor programs.
• Support new site startups with onboarding and in-services.
• Design tailored da Vinci pathways for surgeons to ensure autonomous use.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed by territory.
• Stay current with clinical literature and trials.
