Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Cardiovascular Program Specialist to deliver expert clinical support, education, and training for da Vinci cardiac surgery. You will work with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff; collaborate with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to drive safe adoption and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a cardiac-related clinical role (cardiac surgery preferred, or electrophysiology, interventional cardiology)
• Experience as a physician assistant or surgical nurse with medical device industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, life sciences, business or related field preferred
• Advanced clinical credentials (RN, PA, NP, RT or equivalents) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site case support in OR or hybrid OR for robotic cardiac surgery procedures.
• Serve as clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.
• Expand user base by collaborating with CVSM to cultivate surgeon training pipelines.
• Promote advanced instruments and accessories to enhance surgical performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand da Vinci usage and strengthen partnerships.
