Job summary

Waabi is seeking a program management leader to drive the integration of the Waabi Driver into its robotaxi fleet and future operations. You will own the roadmap spanning autonomy, vehicle hardware, safety/V&V, fleet operations, and commercial launch readiness.

You will bring 10+ years of technical program management experience in autonomous vehicles or related safety-critical environments, build program structures, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Direct experience in autonomous vehicles or safety-critical environments.
• Strong ability to build structure with dependency maps, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integrated robotaxi program plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Own program-level risk management with data-backed options and clear ownership/ETA.
• Drive launch and market-readiness planning across ODD coverage, safety validation, site readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate strategy into executable roadmaps with cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Build and run executive reporting on status, risk, and path-to-green for leadership.
• Define and track KPIs for driverless operation and rider experience.
• Represent the robotaxi program in cross-company planning against Waabi's trucking roadmap.
