Job summary

POP MART seeks a Vending Machine Associate to manage RoboShop operations across the North American Retail team. You will stock products, ensure cleanliness, handle customer feedback, and support inventory and warehouse activities.

As part of the role, you may assist with store sales in the NYC area and help with lease and contract filings related to Robo Shop. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent retail exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible retail schedule.
• Strong sense of urgency and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage RoboShop operations and product restocking.
• Handle sanitation and customer complaints to meet performance goals.
• Assist warehouse and inventory control for goods in/out.
• Support leasing process and file management for Robo Shop contracts.
• Assist store sales in the NYC area when needed.
