POP MART Americas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily ROBO Shop operations across multiple units. You will ensure stock, cleanliness, and uptime, while coordinating restocks, installs, and upgrades with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires on-site work five days a week in retail environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines and field issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-unit POP MART ROBO Shop, performing regular onsite visits.
• Respond to machine alerts, stockouts, and operational issues.
• Recruit teams or 3rd party partners to operate ROBO Shop.
• Coordinate with restocking teams, vendors, and internal support.
• Perform field audits: inventory accuracy, cleanliness, visual merchandising.
• Log visit notes with photos and launch status reports.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure uptime KPIs and brand standards pre-launch.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and on-site troubleshooting during installs.
