Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Vending Machine Associate to manage Robo Shops, restock products, maintain cleanliness, and handle customer issues in the North American retail network. You will also support warehouse logistics, storage movements, and contract filing related to Robo Shop leases in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent retail experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Robo Shop management, product restocking, sanitary and customer complaints to ensure performance.
• Assist warehouse and goods management including in/out storage, allocation and inventory.
• Assist the development manager to follow up with leasing process and file management of Robo Shop contracts.
• Assist store sales around the NYC area if needed.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
