POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to own the U.S. ROBO Shop business end-to-end.

You will own the annual business plan, drive sales and profitability, and lead the growth strategy in alignment with North America retail objectives and global HQ direction. You will oversee new machine rollouts, manage site selection and landlord negotiations, and coordinate with Merch, Planning, and Logistics for IP launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field.
• 8+ years in retail operations or automated retail with multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record of owning a P&L and driving growth.
• Experience in site selection and landlord/partner negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards to drive decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the U.S. ROBO Shop business end to end, including annual plan, sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute the U.S. ROBO growth strategy aligned with NA retail strategy.
• Lead the ROBO expansion roadmap: market prioritization, site selection, and lease negotiations.
• Oversee new machine rollouts: installation, permitting, vendor coordination, and launches.
• Monitor KPIs and drive action plans to improve results (sales per machine, uptime, stockouts).
• Set operating standards and SOPs for machine management, restocking, and inventory control.
• Partner with Merch, Planning, and Logistics on assortment, replenishment, and IP launches.
• Manage third‑party service providers and cost control.
• Lead district managers and field teams; staffing and accountability.
• Present performance and insights to Head of Retail and senior leadership.
