Zusammenfassung

Primex Farms, LLC is seeking a Roaster Lead Operator (Tier 2) to oversee roasting operations, ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and customer requirements, and maintain accurate production records.

You will calibrate roasters, verify parameters, train staff, coordinate shifts, monitor process controls, and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Production Management to sustain safety, quality, and efficiency on the shift.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to grade pistachios or complete required grading training.
• Maintain forklift certification when required.
• Annual HACCP training required.
• Ability to read and interpret food-safety policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and work in hot, noisy environments.

Aufgaben

• Complete annual HACCP training.
• Ensure roasting activities meet food safety and quality standards.
• Assist with roaster calibration and validation of parameters.
• Coordinate roasting staff and coverage.
• Maintain clean staging areas and allergen segregation.
• Open NAV work orders and ensure ingredients are available.
• Document startup and hourly process checks.
• Train roasting employees on procedures and safety.
• Report deviations and safety incidents and propose improvements.
