Job summary

Handsome Brook Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly oversee production employees and ensure yields meet capacity while maintaining safety and USDA standards. This role focuses on leading a team, tracking product quality, and driving efficiencies across shifts to uphold our trusted quality and compliance.

You will supervise daily operations, train staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure PPE usage and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production supervisory experience preferred in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading safety and quality policy adherence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor operations and staffing on assigned shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost standards are met; maintain compliance with HACCP, USDA, SQF.
• Train, coach, and lead staff to achieve yields and efficiencies.
• Coordinate production schedules and labor requirements for timely completion.
