Job summary

Protos Security seeks a Service Agent in Roanoke, VA to provide support to the Senior Service Agent and ensure quality service delivery. The role requires communicating objectives to the field, handling inquiries, and verifying vendor time/attendance.

You will be based in the Roanoke Service Center and report to a Service Manager. Applicants should have a High School Diploma, strong written and verbal communication, basic office software skills, and solid problem-solving and organizational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of basic office applications and ability to learn new proprietary software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent collaborative, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Communicate objectives and work assignments to the field to ensure delivery of quality services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and verify/correct vendor time and attendance.
• Base in Roanoke Service Center and report to Service Manager.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with clients and vendors.
• Meet regularly with client representatives for status updates and address issues.
