Qualifications

• Assoc degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of business-to-business sales or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Candidates selected for consideration will be required to complete an Outside Sales Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business-to-business customers.
• Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, customer visits, presentations, and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities while maintaining accurate records.
• Work toward established sales goals and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
