Kokosing is seeking a Roadway Superintendent to oversee earthwork and highway construction in the Norfolk, VA area. You will lead skilled trade crews, coordinate with the Project Engineer and Project Manager, and focus on safety, production, and profitability on large roadway projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field management in roadway construction, strong leadership, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Formación

• 10+ years field management experience on roadway projects

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage 3+ Foreman on safe, productive, quality work
• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for crews
• Assist Project Manager in creating the project schedule
• Develop 90‑day and 3‑week schedules for crews
• Conduct pre‑planning and goal setting with crews
• Oversee costs associated with work items
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors
