Qualifications

• Technical progression from Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent.
• 10+ years of field management experience on roadway/highway projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3+ foremen on earthwork and heavy highway tasks, ensuring safety and quality.
• Assist with project scheduling and crew coordination.
• Manage costs and resources, coordinating subcontractors as needed.
