You will lead 3+ foremen, develop 90-day and 3-week schedules in Excel, and manage costs, equipment, and materials. A Journeyman progression and 10+ years in field management with roadway/highway experience are strongly

Qualifications

• Technical progression from Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent.
• 10+ years of field management experience in heavy/highway construction preferred.
• Roadway/Highway experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage 3 or more Foremen on safe, productive work.
• Set a Safety 24/7 culture for your crews.
• Assist the Project Manager in creating the project schedule.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.
• Oversee costs associated with your work items.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
