RailPros, Inc. is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to oversee on-site roadway worker protection around live railroad tracks. You will coordinate with dispatchers, conduct job briefings, and ensure compliance with safety rules on and around tracks.

The role requires at least a GED or similar credential and a minimum of two years in Maintenance of Way or TY&E, with frequent travel across multiple states. RailPros offers robust benefits and training opportunities.

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Must pass on-track safety training and qualifications.
• Proficient in radio procedures and job briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site protection per railroad rules; coordinate with dispatchers and engineers.
• Lead daily job briefings and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Prepare electronic forms: job set-ups, daily reports, and invoices.
• Place and manage signs, derail and locking devices as needed.
• Participate in routine safety training and maintain communication with RWIC supervisors.
• Uphold integrity and respect; adhere to company policies and laws.
• Assist with additional duties as required to meet project needs.
