Job summary

Hill International, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a Project Manager/Area Manager/Project Administrator for highway/roadway projects. The role oversees office and field staff and coordinates with the Program Manager to analyze issues and develop recommendations based on contract requirements.

Responsibilities include QA review, preparing documents for CFX approval, coordinating with CFX consultants, and guiding consultants to ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience performing construction management, Construction Engineering and Inspection or other similar services.
• Experience on roadway and bridge construction projects.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in the Orlando, Florida area.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of office and field staff.
• Work closely with our Program Manager to perform analysis and evaluation of issues, and develop recommendations based on contract and specification requirements.
• Perform Quality Assurance Review and Approval of construction project documentation
• Prepare documents for CFX construction approval
• Work with CFX consultants to resolve issues and prepare compliant project documentation
• Provide guidance and instructions to consultants to help achieve compliance with contract and CFX requirements
