Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of office and field teams.
• Oversee staffing levels, team performance, and workforce development initiatives.
• Manage the CFX Construction Management Consultant Contract, including financial performance and reporting.
• Administer and coordinate subcontractor agreements, staffing, and service delivery.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reports tracking construction progress, performance metrics, and project status.
• Coordinate activities among 20+ consultants and CEI firms.
• Collaborate on plan reviews and constructability assessments.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on construction, contract administration, and program delivery issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance program performance.
• Support business development and client relationship management in Florida.
