Job summary

Hill International, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Orlando, FL to manage both office and field teams on major road and bridge projects. You will oversee contract issues, QA documentation, and coordination with CFX consultants to ensure compliant project delivery.

The role requires a PE and at least 10 years of construction management experience, with proven leadership of multidisciplinary staff. Onsite presence in Orlando is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • PE registration in Florida or ability to obtain is required.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management or related services.
  • Experience managing roadway and bridge programs.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in the Orlando area.
