In this role, you will engage in sophisticated technical tasks related to the management of Roadway Programs. Reporting to the Roadway Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in evaluating, analyzing, and formulating maintenance responsibilities within the Westmoreland County Maintenance Organization.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Position may require change in work hours including overtime during winter events.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 1 day per week upon successful completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Greensburg.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Roadway Programs Technician 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment, and an Associate's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or closely related program; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
